Moving is stressful enough without also worrying about whether the home you are leaving, or the one you are moving into, is actually clean. Move-in and move-out cleaning is built specifically for empty homes: no furniture in the way, no belongings to work around, just a full top-to-bottom deep clean of every surface, cabinet, and appliance.
Why empty-home cleaning is different
Because nothing is in the way, we can get into places a normal cleaning never touches: inside every kitchen and bathroom cabinet, inside dresser and closet drawers, behind where furniture used to sit, and inside the refrigerator, oven, and microwave. For move-out cleans, this is exactly what a landlord or property manager checks during a walkthrough. For move-in cleans, it means starting in a home you know is genuinely clean, not just clean where the previous occupants happened to clean.
What is included
Every room gets a full deep clean: dusting, baseboards, door frames, and floors vacuumed and mopped corner to corner, including closets and the space behind doors. Kitchens get sinks, fixtures, and the inside of cabinets and major appliances. Bathrooms get fully disinfected, from the toilet and shower to the counters and mirrors. It is the same level of detail as our deep cleaning service, applied to an entirely empty space.
Move-out cleaning and your security deposit
If you are renting, the cleanliness of the unit at move-out is one of the most common reasons landlords withhold part of a security deposit. Inside-cabinet grime, a dirty oven, or bathroom buildup are exactly the kind of issues that show up on a move-out inspection checklist. A professional clean before you hand back the keys addresses those items directly, and gives you documented peace of mind that the unit was left in good condition.
Timing your booking
Move dates and real estate closings tend to cluster around the end of the month, which means those time slots fill up fastest. As soon as you have a confirmed move-out date, move-in date, or closing date, reach out to lock in your appointment. We will coordinate directly with you (or your realtor or property manager) on access, whether that is a lockbox, a key handoff, or a scheduled walkthrough window.

Pricing is based on home size, from apartments up through large houses, since a one-bedroom apartment and a five-bedroom house obviously take very different amounts of time to clean thoroughly. Move-in and move-out cleaning is designed for empty homes, since we clean inside every cabinet, closet, and appliance. If your home is still furnished, our deep cleaning service is a better fit.
Will this help me get my security deposit back?+
A thorough move-out clean, inside cabinets, appliances, and bathrooms fully disinfected, addresses the most common items landlords check during a move-out inspection. We cannot guarantee deposit return, since that depends on your lease and landlord, but a professional clean puts you in the strongest possible position.
How far in advance should I book?+
As soon as you have a firm date. Move dates and closing dates cluster around the end of the month, so those slots fill up first. Booking one to two weeks ahead gives us the most scheduling flexibility.
