New to Pando Cleaning Solutions?
Our Grand Opening Special takes $30 off your first deep clean, a great way to start, especially if it has been a while since your last one.
Deep cleaning is the service most first-time clients start with, and for good reason. It goes past the surfaces a standard visit covers and works through the detail layer underneath: baseboards, door frames, light switches, cabinet exteriors, window sills, and the corners that tend to get skipped in everyday cleaning. If your home has not had a professional clean in a while, or you simply want a true reset, this is the place to start.
Everything in standard, plus the detail work
A deep clean does not skip the basics. Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas still get the full standard treatment: counters, appliance exteriors, toilets, showers, floors, and surfaces. On top of that, we add the tasks that build up slowly over months rather than days, things like soap scum in the shower grout, dust along baseboards, grime around light switches, and the inside of the microwave.
Why this takes longer (and costs more)
A standard clean assumes the home was reasonably clean the last time we visited. A deep clean makes no such assumption. We treat every room as if it has not been touched in months, which means more time per room and more attention to buildup that a quick wipe down will not remove. That is reflected in the price: small homes start at $200, with larger homes scaling up based on square footage and the number of rooms.
When to choose deep cleaning over standard
- It is your first time booking with us and you want every room reset before starting a recurring schedule
- It has been more than a few months since your last professional clean
- You are hosting guests or a holiday gathering and want the home detail-clean, not just tidy
- You have pets or allergy sufferers in the household and want dust and buildup fully addressed
- You are preparing to sell your home and want it to show at its best
What happens after your deep clean
Many clients use a deep clean as the starting point for a standard maintenance schedule. Once the detail work is done, weekly or biweekly visits are enough to keep the home at that same standard, since there is no longer months of buildup to work through. If you are not ready to commit to a recurring schedule yet, a deep clean also works perfectly well as a standalone, one-time service.

Frequently asked questions about deep cleaning
How is deep cleaning different from standard cleaning?+
Deep cleaning includes everything in a standard clean plus detailed dusting, baseboards, door frames, light switches, outlets, heavier buildup removal, the exterior of all cabinets, inside the microwave, window sills, and hard-to-reach corners. It takes longer and costs more, but it resets the whole home to a genuinely clean baseline.
How often should I book a deep clean?+
Most homes benefit from a deep clean once or twice a year, or before starting a recurring standard cleaning schedule. Homes with pets, allergy sufferers, or heavy household traffic sometimes benefit from a deep clean every three to four months.
Can I get the Grand Opening discount and other add-ons on the same visit?+
Yes. The $30 Grand Opening discount applies to your first deep clean, and you can still add extras like inside the fridge, inside the oven, or interior windows to that same visit.
Is deep cleaning a good fit before a party or houseguests?+
Absolutely. A deep clean is a popular choice before hosting, since it covers detail work like baseboards and cabinet exteriors that guests notice but a quick tidy up will not catch.
